Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us 24-hour notice. There's no charge for cancelation if within 24 hours.

Payments Accepted

We accept Check, Cash or Credit.

  • Are you Insured?
    Yes, and we can provide a COI or better know as a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use. We make our products at home and use only organic non toxic cleaners and oils.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes we do! However washing windows is independent clean because of the time needed to do them right and make sure the SUNSHINES in!
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    No we respect our customers and understand that life happens it's just the Sunshine way!
  • Do you use only Natural and Organic Cleaning Products?
    Most of the time yes. Our Natural Organic All Purpose Cleaner and our Cedar Wood Polish are all plant and mineral products made in our shop in Delavan. We use these products for inside and outside of cabinets, counter tops, tables etc. However, for cleaning areas with high bacteria or grease build such as stove or fryers, we do use dish soap, or oven cleaner. We use bleach products for interior of toilets. Please refer to our shop section for the active ingredients of our in house cleaners. We also use dish soap and bleach when requested by customers and our team always has these supplies with them. Our all purpose cleaners are scented with Rose, Tangerine, Sage, and Patchouli, if you have an allergy or preference we can accommodate or use scentless all purpose as well. Please notify us when booking.
  • Do you always use esential oils?
    No, we will offer and ask your preference of fragerance and if you prefer none at all.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes we offer 10% off for all Veterans, Senior Citizens, and the Disabled. We also offer monthly promotions for free cleans!
  • When are payments due?
    We ask that payments are paid after the clean is completed. However for Commercial accounts we offer Bi-weekly payment option. If a payment is not paid within 30 days we reserve the right to access a late fee of $50.00.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    We ask that you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • Are your products certified?
    Yes all of our All Purpose cleaning products are certified by the USDA as a BioPreferred products. We are a proud vendor and they are available on Amazon.
